Light guns and zappers don't work?
The Light Gun/Zapper will not work with LCD, Plasma, or Projection TVs. Compatible only with CRT TVs.

Game not working?
If the cartridge is the problem, try cleaning the contacts/pins. Even a little dirt and dust can cause problems.
We recommend cleaning with a Qtip and rubbing alcohol/ (Windindex if necessary) until clean, put in the system, take out, and clean again. Let it dry for about 1 minute and try again.
Most of the time this will fix the problem.
Having problems with disc-based games?
Wipe fingerprints off the disc with a soft cloth (preferably microfiber).
For PS2 discs, some blue discs stop playing on certain PS2 systems. If you purchased your console from us, please contact us. We will arrange to replace the blue disc with one that can be read. If the problem persists, please contact us.
